For products that are in stock, we ship within 24-72 hours from the time you place your order. Shipping Charges are, there is a $18.00 handling fee per order, no matter how big your order is.
On special occasions Shipping charges are FREE!

Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy

The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:

• Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.
• Products that are not normally stocked and must therefore be special ordered.
• Items requiring special attention in adherence to legal and/or delivery service guidelines.

Under such circumstances, you will be emailed regarding the specifics of your situation.

Delays in Shipping

On occasion, we may experience an unforseen delay in the shipment of your order. You will be notified by your email.

Delivery Timeframes

You may expect to receive your order within 2-8 business days from the date of shipment, within EU.

You may expect to receive your order within 7-21 business days from the date of shipment, within USA and Worldwide.

PO Box Shipping: We can not deliver to PO Boxes. During checkout, please be sure to provide us with a physical shipping address.

We might refuse to ship to certain countries. In such case, you won't be able to finalize your order.

If Your Order Does Not Arrive On Time

If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery timeframe please let us know.
